Ordering

I will send email confirmation of order received and email dispatch note upon shipping.

Shipping

Shipping will be within 2 working days via Royal Mail First Class. If you would prefer Recorded Delivery, or another shipping option please let me know and I will update shipping charges accordingly.

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail's Airmail service. If you wish to use a different courier / service please let me know and I will update shipping charges accordingly.


Estimated Delivery Times

Items should be received within 2-3 working days of shipping. (UK)
Items should be received within 5-7 working days of shipping (International)

Please email me if you have not yet received your order and more than 15 days has passed since dispatch date.

(Please note that Royal Mail will not act until mail has been delayed over 15 working days from dispatch)

Cancellations

You have a right to cancel your order within 30 days of order date.

If you cancel after the order has been dispatched you will be liable for postage and packing costs. Please obtain proof of postage as I cannot be held liable for missing packages.

I will refund the item cost (within 30 days of receipt) upon satisfactory return of the item in a re-sellable condition [i.e. packaging still intact].

Images are not necessarily to scale.

Images should be viewed along with product descriptions for most accurate reflection of items.

Varying monitor settings will influence the way the image appears and colours you see on your screen.

Orders can be returned (see cancellation details above) if they do not meet your expectations, however I can not refund postage and packaging costs in this instance.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

Should you receive any faulty or damaged items please do not use them and contact me  within 7 days of receipt.
